Explore Your Future in the Music Industry – Apply Now!

Ando Glaso is offering 2 funded places on an exciting new programme designed to support young Roma people to develop professional careers in the music industries – focusing on roles behind the scenes.

Programme Overview:

  • 2-Month Planning & Training Phase You’ll work closely with mentors to explore your interests, set your goals, and gain training tailored to the area of the music industry you want to work in.

  • 9-Month Delivery Phase With support, you’ll put your plan into action – delivering a real project, gaining valuable experience, and building your professional pathway.

  • £800/month Bursary Provided throughout the 9 months delivery phase to support your time and commitment.

This Could Be for You If:

  • You’re a young Roma person (approx. ages 18–25)

  • You want to work in the music industry – but not as a performer

  • You’re excited about exploring behind-the-scenes roles

Possible Areas of Focus:

  • Music production & sound engineering

  • Event production & stage management

  • Music marketing, promotion & communications

  • Music journalism, photography or content creation

  • Project coordination, admin, or artist management

  • Working with labels, venues, or cultural organisations
